刘凯,重庆大学国家卓越工程师学院、重庆大学计算机学院教授,博士生导师。2011年8月获得香港城市大学计算机科学博士学位。曾为美国弗吉尼亚大学访问学者、香港城市大学高级研究助理及博士后、新加坡南洋理工大学博士后、以及香港浸会大学博士后。


主要研究方向包括车联网、边缘计算、智能计算、普适计算、智能交通系统等。共发表学术论文170余篇,包括期刊论文90余篇,会议论文70余篇,出版英文专著1部,编著章节著作 (Book Chapter) 2根据科睿唯安 (原汤森路透) Journal Citation ReportsJCR)分区65篇期刊文章为JCR一区(第一/通信作者43篇)。发表IEEE/ACM Transactions 52篇(第一/通信作者34篇)包括IEEE/ACM Trans. on Networking (ToN)IEEE Trans. on Mobile Computing (TMC)IEEE Trans. on Intelligent Transportation Systems (T-ITS)IEEE Trans. on Vehicular Technology (TVT)IEEE Trans. on Industrial Informatics (TII)IEEE Communications Magazine (ComMag)IEEE Internet of Things Journal (IoTJ)等。曾荣获ICA3PP’2015IEEE ISPCE-CN’2018NCAA’2022国际会议最佳论文奖,以及中国物联网学术会议(CWSN’2019优秀论文奖。主持科研项目17项,包括国家自然科学基金面上项目3、国际合作项目5项、省部级项目4项、以及多项中央高校及横向项目。


现为IEEE高级会员、CCF高级会员、ACM会员、CCF物联网专委会委员、CCF网络与数据通信专委会委员、中国通信学会车联网委员会委员。曾担任十余国际会议组织委员会与程序委员会委员,包括IEEE GLOBECOM’19~23, ICA3PP’2021,IEEE VNC’19, IEEE UIC’15~19, ACM SAC’17~21, IEEE RTCSA’14’15, IEEE HPCC’13等,并荣获RTCSA’16、UIC’19、及CWSN’19杰出服务奖;担任十余国际权威期刊评审,包括IEEE JSAC, IEEE TII, IEEE TVT, IEEE TITS, IEEE TC, IEEE TMC, IEEE TKDE, IEEE ToC, ACM TCPS等;曾担任IEEE TCE、IEEE IoT Journal、ACM/Springer MONET、Springer NCAA等期刊专刊客座编委。
